HOW IT WORKS:-
1-Purchase the repair service here
2- Click on the RMA link on the bottom left. View and Print the RMA work form
3- Ship your device to the address on the top right of the RMA work form
Make sure the item is securely packaged so it does not incur further damage during transit, Insurance recommended. We can't be held responsible for USPS loosing your item or causing further damage during transit.
(Local drop of option available. Contact us to schedule an appointment)
4- Once the device arrives at our facility. We will perform the repairs and return the device, generally 24-48hrs or 2 business days pending any postoffice holidays or major holidays.
Warranty Information
We provide a 1 year Parts and Labor warranty on our services. Please note, No accidental damage beyond the glass repair will be covered ie, if you water damage your device or break the glass again, it won't be covered under our warranty.

Turnaround was very fast
My iPod was mangled, bent, and the screen broken and they were able to restore it

Best pricing I could find in the U.S. Initially, I was hesitant about shipping it all the way to NC from CA, but they turned it around super quick and the return shipment was faster than my expedited shipment out to them. Highly recommended.
