2. Mail In your Device
   Ship your device to us using U.S Postal Service, It is the most cost effective and quickest service.  You can ship using FedEx or UPS if that's more convenient to you.

3. Turn around time
   Once we receive your device, we will perform the repairs within 24-48hrs.   Once repaired, the device will be shipped back and a return tracking number will be posted under the order details section of your order.   If you purchased the repair service on eBay, the tracking # will be posted under eBay's order details as well as PayPal.
