HOW IT WORKS:-
1-Purchase the repair service here
2- Click on the RMA link on the bottom left. View and Print the RMA work form
3- Ship your device to the address on the top right of the RMA work form
Make sure the item is securely packaged so it does not incur further damage during transit, Insurance recommended. We can't be held responsible for USPS loosing your item or causing further damage during transit.
(Local drop of option available. Contact us to schedule an appointment)
4- Once the device arrives at our facility. We will perform the repairs and return the device, generally 24-48hrs or 2 business days pending any postoffice holidays or major holidays.
Warranty Information
We provide a 1 year Parts and Labor warranty on our services. Please note, No accidental damage beyond the glass repair will be covered ie, if you water damage your device or break the glass again, it won't be covered under our warranty.

Cheap and fast!

Battery replacement was cheap and fast.
I had a bunch of questions and he was great about answering them.
Issue: Do NOT tell Post Office you are mailing a product with a battery in it. It gets marked Hazardous and takes a week. -

I have sent my Ipod gen 6 multiple times over the years since I always use it and every time I get great customer service. I highly recommend this site if you have any ipod related problems!!!!
