HOW IT WORKS:-
1-Purchase the repair service here
2- Click on the RMA link on the bottom left. View and Print the RMA work form
3- Ship your device to the address on the top right of the RMA work form
Make sure the item is securely packaged so it does not incur further damage during transit, Insurance recommended. We can't be held responsible for USPS loosing your item or causing further damage during transit.

4- Once the device arrives at our facility. We will perform the repairs and return the device, generally 24-48hrs or 2 business days pending any postoffice holidays or major holidays.
We provide a 1 year Parts and Labor warranty on our services. Please note, No accidental damage beyond the glass repair will be covered ie, if you water damage your device or break the glass again, it won't be covered under our warranty.

My son has had his iPod for a year or so, and the battery went south. As soon as he unplugged it, and played one song, it dropped to 20/30% power. I sent this in, and they did a high quality fix and turned it around within a day of arrival. Definitely will tell others about them, and use them again!

I am very pleased with my battery replacement service the price was extremely reasonable and I had my iPod back within a few days after it was serviced. Will definitely use this service in the future.

After getting the runaround from Apple support I’ve come across this excellent service.Prompt and efficient service. I will use this service for my other iDevices. The technician was very communicative and friendly.My iPod is now back to an usable state of performance.

Well I am pretty happy with my repair however due to weather conditions my repair took longer than I expected!
